The identity of the author of this bibliography is at present uncertain but internal evidence strongly suggests that it was a member of staff of DSP or of Publishing ca 1967 - 1970. A likely candidate is Louise Meynard (spelling uncertain) who retired in the early '70s and was deceased not very long afterwards.
Custodial history
The manuscript was found in 2013 in a filing cabinet at Publishing and Depository Services, Public Works and Government Services Canada, in Ottawa by Gay Lepkey who in discussion with Jeff Moon at Queen's University Library had the bibliography digitized and it was made available for download. Moon transferred the original paper copy to the Archives.

The item is an extensive, multi-part manuscript of a bibliography of Canadian Federation Royal Commissions and Commissions of Inquiry. Pages are hand-written, typed or have clipped excerpts from published catalogues stapled to legal sized sheets. There are extensive hand-written annotations throughout.
