Campus, May, 1974, v. 10, n. 7 ,,, has been granted sabbatical leave for 1974-75. He has accepted an invitation from the Faculty of Law, University of Montreal, to spend the year there, with the rank of Visiting Professor. He will be a member of the Montreal Faculty's Inst. of Research in Public Law for the year.
