Clayton "Curly" Krug, a Woodstock native, was a student at Queen's University from 1933-1937. He played quarterback for the 1934 championship team and was quarterback and fly half in 1935 as a member of the highly acclaimed 'fearless fourteen' championship team. He was voted the '35 teams MVP. A 1937 BA Hons. Economics graduate, he also played in junior O.H.A. and was a member of Queen's junior hockey team in 1934.
