The National Film Board of Canada is Canada's public film and digital media producer and distributor. An agency of the Government of Canada, the NFB produces and distributes documentary films, animation, web documentaries, and alternative dramas.

Roy Bonisteel hosts (on-screen) the introduction to the NFB series: Finding Our Way. The series is directed at children with the intention that it will be used in classrooms for students aged 7-10. Each program focuses on an issue or problem related to social life and is meant to stimulate conversation and discussion. A young Kathleen Robertson starts in "Left Out" one of the episodes in the series.
