This sous-fonds consists of records which reflect the business operations, minutes and accounts of Janney Aircraft and Boats Limited, as well as some of the more personal papers pertaining to land and loan agreements of Janney and his wife Ellen.

Macnee estate sous-fonds

The sous-fonds is comprised of records pertaining to both the estate of James Macnee and Sarah Elizabeth Macnee and includes correspondence, financial records and legal documents. Also included are papers created and received by the Macnee Trust in the management of various properties and includes documents pertaining to the businesses that rented these properties, including Rigney and Hickey, grocery and liquor stores; Mendels Ladies Wear; Laura Secord confectionary; Crumley Brothers, dry goods; Ben Lee, grocer; Metropolitan Stores; and Steacy and Steacy.

Thomas Robinson Dupuis estate sous-fonds

The sous-fonds is comprised of estate papers for both Thomas and Elizabeth Dupuis of Kingston and cover the period of 1886 to 1906. There is a small amount of material pertaining to Charles Bunker Dupuis, the son of Elizabeth and Thomas, who was killed in a train accident while attending the University of Toronto as a law student. The sous-fonds predominantly consists of correspondence, legal documents, financial records and documents relating to various pieces of property. Of particular interest is the file of material pertaining to Anne Jane Crawford, her estate and her condition, defined as "acute melancholia".

Kingston Rectory Fund sous-fonds

The sous-fonds is comprised of the records of R. Vachon Rogers, partner in Kirkpatrick and Nickle, who became the solicitor and Rector's Agent to the Fund on the death of Dr. James A. Henderson in 1890. These papers were created druing the time of his practical administration and include leases, insurance payments, the Glebe farm, vouchers, tax bills, etc. There are no minutes and little correspondence, of particular interest are a few architectural elevations for shop fronts by Newlands and Thomas Power. Of particular note are the numerous drafts of a private bill, an Act respecting St. George's Church, Kingston (57 Vict C.23), 1894 that formalized the operation of the Rectory Fund under the Rector of St. George's and Kingston Rectory Committee appointed by Synod of Diocese of Ontario.

Angus Joseph Macdonnell estate sous-fonds

The sous-fonds mainly consists of correspondence, legal documents and material relating predominantly to his personal life and not with his activities as a banker. Also included is material relating to two cases heard in the Supreme Court of Ontario: Macdonnell and Keefer, 1918-1919 and Marks and Keefer, 1917.

James Godfrey estate sous-fonds

The sous-fonds predominantly consists of correspondence between the James Godfrey's children regarding the estate of their father. There are also land documents regarding 156 Bagot Street and 216 Gordon Street specifically, financial papers reflecting mortgages held and miscellaneous papers regarding the settlement of the estate.

Francis Hardy Fraser estate sous-fonds

This sous-fonds includes records which reflect the life of a young man of means: bills for clothing, books, cigars, hotels, pool and billiards.There are also records that pertain to his financial dealings regarding the properties that he owned in Kingston (including a floor plan for a house on William Street) and the Chancery case in which he was a defendent. There are a number of documents pertaining to properties in and around Kingston, including Lot 24 of the City of Kingston. There is also correspondence with the Hospital Superintendent which documents the personal hospital-patient relationships that occured in that era.

William Banfield Carey estate sous-fonds

The sous-fonds is mainly comprised of business correspondence, legal documents and business papers, including insurance material, accounts books, receipts and ledgers. Also included in material relating to the Veterans Locating and Colonizations Association (1901-1902).

Edward H. Horsey estate sous-fonds

The sous-fonds is comprised of the dealings involved with the estates of both Edward Horsey and Theresa Haven. The papers cover the period from 1870-1900 with the majority dated in the 1880's and early 1890's. There are a few documents, such as the original deed to the Craig property, that date much earlier. For the most part the papers are financial records, such as mortgages and leases, investment statements and inventories of current and fixed assets. Also included are several instances of litigation concerning the Haven-Horsey estate. The correspondence is mainly between Mrs. Horsey-Curtis and Byron Britton (the lawyer) and deals with financial and legal matters. Finally, there are several wills from Mrs. Haven and Mrs. Horsey-Curtis.
