The Hotel, (taken from the previous picture), burned in 1941. the site later occupied by Wise's Store, McEwen's Store and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 631, 4034 Bath Road.

The grist mill, mill race, machine shed/sawmill? but in this case the picture was before 1912 as the bleach house is missing from the top of the mill.

1914 - a steam tractor crashed through the wooden bridge by the mill. In the background are the grist mill and coal storage buildings. Note the horizontal track across the road between the coal storage buildings. This track carried trucks of coal from one building to the other.

Same accident but a much better view of the coal storage building on the "coal dock" - note the device on the water side of the building that was used to lift coal from the schooners that delivered it to Collins Bay up to the coal trucks.
