Video is an advertisement for the Queen's Facult of Music. Begins with narrator talking about musci at Queen's, after which clips of the different groups within the faculty of music performing are played.

Labelle talks about reproductive technologies and how they interact with economics. Afterwards Dr Roy talks about chance vs control in reproductive technologies, as well as the ethics of the subject. Video ends partway through his presentation.
