Video begins with clips from the RMC Parade and the subsequent plaque unveiling. Afterward comes clips of the sesquicentennial faculty barbeque. Following that are clips from University Day at St Andrew's Presbyterian Church and also the Fleming Field celebration. Next come clips from the CBC broadcast on Queen's sesquicentennial. Finally shots from the royal visit are also played.

Part 1. Main Speakers: Commodore Murray, Agnes Benedickson. Location: Near Theological Hall. Begins with clips of a marching band playing, followed by Commodore Murray talking about sharing and co-operation between RMC and Queen's. Benedickson then takes the stage and talks about a plaque donated by RMC commemorating Queen's anniversary. The plaque is then unveiled and a representative of the chaplain says a prayer.
