Location: Staged nursing home . Video is an acted skit based on a true scenario. Mrs Porter is an elderly woman with Alzheimer's in a nursing home. Brenda is her daughter who visits her, and discovers her mother has cancer. Brenda is very against any surgery being performed on her mother, but the doctor advises her to let them operate. She gets advice from a family doctor, and then the video ends.

Benedickson then takes the stage and talks about a plaque donated by RMC commemorating Queen's anniversary. The plaque is then unveiled and a representative of the chaplain says a prayer.
