Aftrwards MacDonald lectures the audience on cultural policy, focusing on a case study of a policy she helped through the House of Commons recently. Godfrey then takes the podium and delivers a paper on the media's role in the creation of public policy.

Afterwards, Perlin delivers a speech on the use of public opinion research in policy making. The speakers then takes questions from the audience for the remainder of the video.
