Interview focuses on the hospitalization of Norman's wife Susan, and how the Gibson family is coping with this. Afterwards Susan and her mother Belle are brought into the interview to discuss how Susan's absence is affecting her, her mother, and her family. At the end of the video the family discusses seeing Burra again for a later appointment.

She begins by writing the client's initials in a circle on the centre, before surrounding the circle in the initials of anyone who has an influence on her life. Afterwards they are asked to visualize the drawn 'atom' as a scene, and they use that as a point of discussion for the rest of the video.
