This file consists of annual grant applications to the Canada Council, with correspondence between the Media Arts Officer, Film and Holography Officer and the Program Director at Princess Court Cinema, forecasted costs to the theatre, proposed programming for the theatre, financial and activity reports, relocation reports, and a Submission to the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission on Pay-Television Service.

This file consists of the programmes for the Princess Court Cinema, ranging from February 1988 to November 1993. Also included are brochures for specific film tours/showcases, including the NewWorks Showcases, the New African Film Tour, and Quebec Cinema. There are also newspapers, mostly entitled "What's Playing?", with a specific focus on the PCC's films, which range from November 1992 to May 1997.

Corporate Sponsorship

This file consists of documents regarding the corporate sponsorship of the Princess Court Cinema. It includes a "Report on Retiring the Deficit of the National Film Theatre Through Private Sector Fundraising" from 3 October 1989, letters from various companies in reply to funding requests, documents regarding the financial status of the theatre, a Program Sponsorship Proposal, a copy of an article from the Kingston Whig-Standard entitled "NFT will depend on Kingston's support", copies of articles regarding fundraising for the theatre from the Queen's Journal and Kingston This Week, and a document describing the role of the Princess Court Cinema in the Kingston community.
