Dr Bader seems to be defending himself from the idea that his donation to the university was him betting against the Sigma-Aldrich company in some way. He also seems to be degrading the management at Sigma-Aldrich. He spends the end of the video taking questions form the audience.

She begins by writing the client's initials in a circle on the centre, before surrounding the circle in the initials of anyone who has an influence on her life. Afterwards they are asked to visualize the drawn 'atom' as a scene, and they use that as a point of discussion for the rest of the video.
