Agnes Etherington Expansion Funding Announcement 1995 Floyd Laughven

Camera pans to a podium where McTavish welcomes Laughren and talks about the Arts Centre. McTavish then introduces Wilson who in turn introduces Laughren McTavish then takes the podium and announces the funding for an expansion of the Arts Centre. Dr Leggett then thanks Laughren for the funding.

Afterwards Palmer asks the audience several questions. Many of the panelists also answer questions about alcohol and alcoholism. In between questions students put on skits regarding sexual safety.
