Scope of video shifts from how Queen's is a fantastic school to how Queen's is in need of money and is fundraising. Second half of video is a duplicate of the first half, with roughly 2 minutes more footage used.

Location: Large gymnasium.Begins with an opening prayer by University Chaplain, then Smith addresses the convocation and presents Barrow with an honourary degree. Barrow then addresses the convocaiton for the remainder of the video. Video ends with footage of the graduating students receiving their degrees.

Begins with Smith talking about the convocation and two degree recipients before presenting Taylor with an honourary doctorate of laws. He addresses the convocation with a speech, and then Vikis-Freibergs is presented with her honourary degree. She speaks for the rest of the video.

Brian Yealland saying an invocation, followed by Smith addressing the ocnvocaiton with a speech. He then presents Polani with an honourary doctor of science. Prince Takamado is then presented with an honourary degree, then Polani addresses the convocation with a speech. Prince Takamado also presents a speech to the convocation.
