Part 2. Dr Brian Dickson, Keith Norton. Dr Dickson gives a speech to the convocation congradulating Dr Benedickson and thanking her for his doctorate, as well as talking about Canadian history. Norton speaks on behalf of the premier of Ontario. Representatives form other universities come up and congratulate Dr Benedickson.

Afterwards Prince Charles unveils the plaque naming Queen's a national historic monument. Next, he unveils a reproduction of the Royal Charter of Canada in the JDUC. Several members of faculty talk about Queen's orientation. Several elderly alumni talk about how Queen's was back in their day, as well as pranks played by the students.
