Conversation begins with Rugeroni talking about his acquisition of Alcan Enterprises before the conversation shifts to how he changed the working culture at Alcan.

Part 2. Main Speakers: John Wilson, Armand Robitaille. Similar interview format to part 1, except Wilson is the interviewer and Robitaille was the director of Human Resources at Alcan. Conversation revolves around the culture shift at Alcan after Rugeroni aquired it.
