Examination of a Normal 4 Year Old, J. Boyle
Main Speaker(s): J. Boyle. Location: Examination room. Video is a demonstration of an examination of a 4 year old child by Boyle. She performs an examination, showing how to gauge the child's psychological development before the examination, as well as how to properly perform the examination itself. Installation of the Chancellor Part 2
Part 2. Dr Brian Dickson, Keith Norton. Dr Dickson gives a speech to the convocation congradulating Dr Benedickson and thanking her for his doctorate, as well as talking about Canadian history. Norton speaks on behalf of the premier of Ontario. Representatives form other universities come up and congratulate Dr Benedickson.

Installation of Principal David Smith

Begins with procession entering the hall. University chaplain opens with a prayer, then Benedickson welcomes everyone and declares Smith principal of Queen's University. Smith then addresses the convocation with a speech. Afterwards Norton speaks on behalf of the provincial government in regards to the appointment. Smith then presents Jill Ker Conway, William McNeill, Henry Rosovsky, Erich Vogt, and Ronald Watts with an honourary doctorate of laws. Dr Rosovsky then addresses the convocation, after which the chaplain says a closing prayer.
