The fonds consists of correspondence, minutes, memoranda, curriculum material, research papers, manuscripts grant applications, research files and index cards, and clippings. These are records of Dr. Tulchinsky's professional life as a professor of History at Queen's University. Included here are some family and personal papers that outline his life outside of his involvement with Queen's. There is also a good deal of material relating to his involvement with and research interest in the Canadian Jewish Community and the Holocaust. The bulk of these records relate to Dr. Tulchinsky's teaching, research, and publications.

Fonds consists of "The Clark Papers: Letters from former students and well wishers of Professor Reg Clark upon his retirement from Queen's University, 1954-1992"; being letters of appreciation from former students, bound and presented to Dr. Reginald H. Clark upon his retirement from the Department of Chemical Engineering. In addition there are his lecture and course notes of the "Nature, Science and Man" interdisciplinary environmental studies course he designed in the 1970s.

The fonds consists of correspondence, scrapbooks, news clippings, transcripts of local diaries, and alphabetical family and genealogical files. These genealogical files, which relate mainly to Bay of Quinte and Loyalist families, contain correspondence, research from printed sources, newspaper clippings and some photographs. Also included is a set of ordnance survey maps of Kingston and area dated 1869.

Fonds consists of subject files from the Alumni Review Office; submissions received from alumni in response to a call by the Editor for recollections of life as a student at Queen's University, or memories of an event or person including 'Queen's Clans', 'Ralfe J. Fonds consists of office files, including correspondence ("Greens" and "Blues"); subject files; reports; appointment books; Annual Reports of the Principal (1910-1968); meeting and committee records; notes and slides for visit to Asia (November 1997); a VHS copy of the Welcome Ceremony Address to the Class of 2006, by Tom Cavanagh (2 September 2002), plus footage of the 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. news coverage by local Kingston television station CKWS.
