Fonds consists of "The Clark Papers: Letters from former students and well wishers of Professor Reg Clark upon his retirement from Queen's University, 1954-1992"; being letters of appreciation from former students, bound and presented to Dr. Reginald H. Clark upon his retirement from the Department of Chemical Engineering. In addition there are his lecture and course notes of the "Nature, Science and Man" interdisciplinary environmental studies course he designed in the 1970s.

The fonds consists of correspondence, scrapbooks, news clippings, transcripts of local diaries, and alphabetical family and genealogical files. These genealogical files, which relate mainly to Bay of Quinte and Loyalist families, contain correspondence, research from printed sources, newspaper clippings and some photographs. Also included is a set of ordnance survey maps of Kingston and area dated 1869.

Plans pertaining mostly to proposed landscaping of various areas of Queen's Campus, 1972-1987 and the architectural drawings of many of the Queen's heritage buildings. Also includes files on properties bought or considered to be bought by Queen's, and slides of Queen's buildings taken in 1975-1977.
