Benjamin Pape interviewed by Phil Creighton on July 27, 1978, in Toronto.

Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants Oral History Project. Interview of Benjamin Pape, C.A. Side One: Pape discusses how he became a C.A., as a Jewish man. 1921 started as Junior in accounting, up to being in charge of audits. Went to another firm where his religion was not a hinderance. Joined Institute. Talks about firm he was a partner in and work they did discussed. Side Two: Continuation of above talk. Pape discusses taking on new partners. Presently getting out of business. Talk for about first 1/3 of tape side, other 2/3 blank.

Barbara Elizabeth Ettinger

Retired nurse, Barbara Ettinger discusses the early days of Victoria School in Kingston, which was used as a "model school" for training of teachers by the Faculty of Education, Queen's University. She also talks about her father D.G. Ettinger, Principal of Victoria School who was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Laws Degree by Queen's University in 1935.
