Collection consists of correspondence created by the secretary-treasurer of the University, as well as the Principal . It also consists of correspondence to the administrators of the university, as well as draft minutes of meetings, deeds, printed material, financial records and other items related to the early governance of the university.
The Collection consists of a microfilm copy of the 'Register of Recruits of the 253rd Battalion Queen's University Highlanders Canadian Expeditionary Force' (1916-1917), with an introduction by Craig Mantle; an 'Addendum to the 'Register of Recruits', introduced and compiled by Craig Mantle; and a copy of the 'Nominal Roll of Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers and Men'.

This collection is comprised of medals gathered from a number of various sources (many unknown). A number of the medals are those which were awarded by Queen's University for proficiency and/or excellence in a given area (Classics, Surgery, History, etc.). Many of these medals were made by Wyon of London.

Collection consists of 73 photographs of Queen's buildings. The photographs were taken ca 1964 and are individually numbered beside each image. These numbers correspond to written description about each building (written description is enclosed in folder with the photographs). The written descriptions contain information regarding date of building, architect and cost.
This collection consists of architectural drawings for Queen's University buildings and properties such as Douglas Library, Stirling Hall, Ontario Hall, George Richardson Memorial Stadium, and Miller Hall. Many of these drawings are for later renovations.
