Fonds consists of correspondence, subject files, clippings, war diaries and notebooks relating to all aspects of Edmison's career in the fields of criminology and university administration, including the National Parole Board of Canada, and Queen's University at Kingston. In addition, it contains a very large collection of his writings, addresses, and photographs. Also includes material relating to Edmison's work with the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration.
The fonds consists of correspondence and scrapbooks relating to political and business activities, campaign files documenting the many elections he took part in as candidate and member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario and of the House of Commons for Kingston, photographs and subject files. Includes photographs of the military and life in the trenches during World War I.
The fonds is comprised of textual and digital records reflecting the artistic practice and community activism of Carole Condé and Karl Beveridge over a 40 year period. The textual and photographic material spans from the 1970's until 2010, and encompasses the artists participation in the Toronto community predominantly, but also the art and activist community of New York City in the 1960's and 70s. The records reflect both the practice of the artists through individual art projects and commissioned work, as well as their participation and activity with various groups, locals, unions, institutions, organizations, committees, or festivals such as Mayworks, The Ontario Workers Arts and Heritage Centre, The Canadian Labour Congress, the Independant Artists Union (IAU). The electronic records predominantly reflect their evolving artistic practice. The artists have digitized many of the components and products of their early works which are in evidence in the textual files. Earlier works, while represented in the electronic record, are merely an alternate format for the finished works and components and are not as detailed a record of the creative process of the artists as the more contemporary files created entirely through a digital process which the artists moved over to in 2000. Fonds consists of photographs taken during his time as a student at Queen's University at Kingston, Ontario, and include his boarding house, fellow classmates, campus elections, "rushes", and his time training with the Queen's C.O.T.C. and HMCS Cataraqui.
The fonds consists of meeting minutes and constitution of the council, a small amount of correspondence wtih the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation as well as various financial doucments pertaining to to the various activities undertaken by the council.
Fonds consists of various Queen's University forms and programmes; and slides of football games, buildings, and other events on campus, plus the Ban Righ House Council (1952-1953), while both Robert Greggs and Robin Howland were students.
Fonds consists of a photo album of their time at Queen's, and especially Barbara Lemoine's time, as a nurse at Kingston General Hospital and subsequent nursing reunions.
The fonds consists of photographs and negatives relating to Kingston's tercentenary celebrations and the Canadian Olympic Regatta Kingston committee in the late 1960's and 1970's.
