The collection consists of blueprints, drawings, sketches, specifications, correspondence, and invoices for Kingston and area buildings, including Tete du Pont Barracks; Kingston General Hospital Nurses' Home; Carruthers, Nicol, Fleming, and Ontario Halls on the Queen's University at Kingston campus; private residences including Fettercarin, Bermingham, Spragg, the Eastbourne Summer Home; and commercial buildings including Kingston Auto Sales. Architects include William Newlands, Power and Son, Gillen & Gillen, and Frank T. Lent.

Includes: one Constitution, By-Laws, Rules of Order etc for Cataraqui Lodge, No. 10 of the Independent Order of Oddfellows; two Pierce's Memorandum and Account Book, designed for Farmers, Mechanics and All People; one Catechism for Confirmation; one "Are You Regenerate?" booklet relating to being "born again"; one notebook containing farm happenings includes harvests and animal deaths or purchases etc; one issue of The Canadian Horticulturist (Oct 1898); one Pocket Compendium for the Friends of Massey-Harris Co. Limited; one price list of E.D. Smith Nursery in Winona, Ontario; one envelope for Green's Nursery Co., Rochester, NY; one Surprise Soap catalogue (1899); one Elipse Soap catalogue; one Almanac & Notebook containing rough notes; and one The Perfect Life booklet.
