The fonds consists of statutes, minutes, reports, programme and papers delivered at the sixth annual meeting in 1934, including a handwritten version of a paper written and presented by Stephen Leacock entitled "The Revision of Democracy".
The fonds consists of a letterbook that contains nearly 200 letters and drafts of correspondence concerning politics or Caron's legal and business dealings. They cast some light on the political machinations of the day and in particular on Caron's unsuccessful campaign in Bellechasse in 1872, and the contest which preceded his election for Quebec County in the following year.
