Fonds consists of correspondence; subject files; research material, a copy of Dr. Hill's doctorial thesis; letters of appointment to Queen's University; and various honours and awards bestowed upon her.

The copybook contains detailed sets of instructions and specifications for all of the various building trades for a number of different buildings in the Kingston and Ottawa area. Includes spcifications for the Bell Telephone building and Cooks Presbyterian Church in Kingston and a number of residences on O'Connor Street in Ottawa.
Brochure for the Bay of Quinte Railway from Deseronto to Bannockburn. The 16 page brochure outlines the highlights of the Deseronto area in the areas of manufacturing and industry, as well as pointing out the scenic attractions for tourists to the area.
Fonds consists of a small number of subject files and a large number of photographs, both prints and negatives, and sound recordings. The subject matter of the photographs spans a broad range and includes a large number of photographs of the Robb family as well as vistors to the family home and bird sanctuary, Abbey Dawn. There are also a fair number of Kingston scenic views and events.
The fonds consists predominantly of typescripts of correspondence from William Brymner to his family, in particular his mother and father, during his travels to Paris, France, England and various other European locations. Many of the typescripts are annotated in what appears to be Brymner's hand. Of special interest are six manuscripts for public lectures or articles written by Brymner, espousing his views and thoughts on a number of topics including drawing, Impressionism, and the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts. Also included are various other documents and items such as: Brymner's Order of St. Michael and St. George, various exhibition catalogues for the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts, a diploma for Douglas Brymner from Queen's University, and an accompanying framed letter from Sir Sanford Fleming congratulating Douglas Brymner upon the conferring of said degree.
Fonds consists of aerial photographs, maps, blueprints, and drawings relating to property in the City Kingston, plus the Counties of Frontenac, and Lennox & Addington, Ontario.
