Sous-fonds consists of holograph (original and photocopy) for The Inquisition: a poem in four cantos, as well as an autographed letter (1955 Mar. 7) from J. Swettenham to Ryerson Press discussing provenance of the Croke manuscript. Added at a later date is a tearsheet from the Dalhousie Review in 1973 of an article discussing Croke's manuscript.

Kingston Rectory Fund sous-fonds

The sous-fonds is comprised of the records of R. Vachon Rogers, partner in Kirkpatrick and Nickle, who became the solicitor and Rector's Agent to the Fund on the death of Dr. James A. Henderson in 1890. These papers were created druing the time of his practical administration and include leases, insurance payments, the Glebe farm, vouchers, tax bills, etc. There are no minutes and little correspondence, of particular interest are a few architectural elevations for shop fronts by Newlands and Thomas Power. Of particular note are the numerous drafts of a private bill, an Act respecting St. George's Church, Kingston (57 Vict C.23), 1894 that formalized the operation of the Rectory Fund under the Rector of St. George's and Kingston Rectory Committee appointed by Synod of Diocese of Ontario.

John Watkins estate sous-fonds

The sous-fonds is comprised of documents neccesary to the distribution of an estate in numerous legacies, liquidation and distribution of stock assets, and memorials to John Watkins in St. George's Cathedral and Cataraqui Cemetery. The material consists of correspondence, deeds, financial records and documents relating to wills and partnerships.

John Shiels estate sous-fonds

The sous-fonds consists of business correspondence received, printed ads, and price lists. There are also suppliers and customer's accounts, receipts, shipping advices, bills of lading, and remittance records. Of particular note is a patent for 'Shiels' improved lamp chimney and burner', no.312, registered March 22, 1870. There is also a small amount of material that pertains to Shiels' personal life, i.e. correspondence and receipts for household items, and the schooling of his children.
