Fonds consists of correspondence (including about 60 cm. of Principal's office files), photographs, note books, news clippings, speeches, lecture notes and material relating to the Ontario Commission on Investigation of cancer remedies. There is also a large set of files on the Committee on Post-War Reconstruction 1940-1945, with which Dr. Wallace was very involved. In addition, there is a newspaper by the Whig-Standard entitled, "Queen's University 110 Years of Service to Canada through Education," in which Principal Wallace wrote a message in. There is details of the history of Queen's throughout the fonds.
The fonds consists of correspondence, business and personal files. Personal files contain biographical material and some subject files (1 m). Files of finances (1.5 m) cover work, housing and other expenses. Subject files as a category created by Miss Jones relate to commissions undertaken while her Project files contain ideas and proposals. Technical files, teaching files, art associations, art galleries, exhibitions and catalogues relate chiefly to her work. Clipping files, both general and specific, dating from her student days and collected postcards illustrate design interests.

The fonds consists of microfilm of the proceedings of the annual business meetings of the advisory council. Includes reports from the president, Lester B. Pearson and Joseph E. Smallwood. In addition there are the reports of the Finance Constitution, Resolution, Credentials and Organization Committees as well as various provincial and political associations.The textual consists of press releases, pamphlets, speeches and memoranda issued by the leadership candidates at the Liberal leadership convention. Includes material relating to the organization of the campaign of Paul Martin.
This fonds consists of correspondence, subject files, ledgers, constituency files, minutes, publications, photographs, posters and material detailing the working of a provincial political party which is also responsible for the province's efforts in federal politics.
Fonds consist of office files; by-laws; general reports; correspondence, including the John Buchan, Lord Tweedsmuir collection and fonds; correspondence from the Office of the Associate University Librarian, Ms. Lin Good (1975-1985); records and photographs relating to the installation of the GEAC automated cataloguing system (1979-1980); visitor's book; logbooks; minutes and reports; budgets; operation and administration of the Special Collections Unit; task forces; committees; the Library Council; 35 mm slides and photographs depicting the facilities of the Douglas Library (1968-1975), the opening of the May Ball Library (April 1989), renovations undertaken at the Douglas Library, retirement gatherings for various Libraries staff including William Morley (September 1985), Miss Elizabeth Skeith (December 1991), and Reginald Morrison; photographs of Library staff; blueprints of proposed functional changes, with further revisions, to areas of Douglas Library (1980); a video of a presentation given at an All Staff Meeting pertaining to acquisitions, monogaphs, and serials (1989); lists of partially and uncatalogued holdings (insurance back-ups) at the W.D. Jordan Special Collections Library. Also includes the shelf list of Douglas (Stauffer) library in 1969 on microfilm.
The records start with the proceedings of the first town council in 1838 and are continually being acquired. Many of the early minute books are indexed. In addition there are separate volumes for committee reports between 1842 and 1898, and for bylaws between 1838 and 1907. The minute books and correspondence of the Finance and Accounts Committee are of interest. The story of the Fire Department between 1888 and 1936 is to be found in the records of the Committee on Fire and Light. There are scattered records for the Parks and Property Committees, fairly detailed records for the Board of Works between 1891 and 1936 and for the Board of Health around the same time. The correspondence of the City Clerk is complete from 1898 to 1938 and there are letter books from 1952 on as well as scattered letter books from 1852 to 1896. The records of the City Treasurer comprise an extensive collection of account books as do the records of the City Engineer.
