Next, Fewings reads poetry and and acts out two skits while dressed as a clown. Two men then sing while playing the guitar and bass. Afterwards Horwood talks about the ceremony, and calls on various people to read different things, including several excerpts of poetry and a letter from a facult member near Everest. To conclude the ceremony the guitarist and bassist from earlier play again, with the addition of Black.
