Fonds reflects the architectural practice of William Coverdale and his son William Miles Coverdale and is comprised of correspondence, financial records, design submissions and specifications, estimates, and reports relating various projects including the Criminal Lunatic Asylum, better known as Rockwood Asylum at Kingston, Ontario. Also includes photographs of the summer home of William Hugh Coverdale at Lemoine's Point Farm.

Fonds primarily consists of material pertaining to winning the World Barely Championship in 1968/1969. A small amount of other official personal documentation accompanies that material (marriage license, school marks, Holstein breeding certificates).

Fonds consists of correspondence, subject files, constituency files, speeches, press releases, newspaper clippings, political memorabilia acquired during Robert Nixon's political career, office records from Nixon's Queen's Park office and from his constituency offices, material about the Nixon family and the political career of former Premier Harry C. In addition, it contains a very large collection of his writings, addresses, and photographs. Also includes material relating to Edmison's work with the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration.

Fonds consists of dance cards for Queen's formal events (1938-1940); a Freshette nametag; composite photographs of Queen's Journal staff (1938-1939) and the Alma Mater Society Executive (1939-1940); annotated Queen's Student Directories (1937-38, 1938-39, and 1939-40); and an offprint of a report of the Alma Mater Society (ca. 1940).

The fonds consists of correspondence, commissions, and other documents pertaining to a variety of topics and interests of William Morris - elementary and university education, Clergy Reserves, church missions, synod and presbytery affairs, church unions and contemporary politics, particularly where the affairs of state bore religious consequence. The material is relevant to Morris's political career and includes several Royal Warrants authorizing his appointment to the Legislative Council, the Executive Council, and as Receiver-General of Canada as well as material pertaining to the history and founding of Queen's University. Of particular note is one letter from John A. Macdonald.
