Location: Hotel Dieu Hospital. Edited video with a voiceover showcasing Hotel Dieu Hospital's Child Development Centre, a centre which aims to assist the development of children with various different kinds of learning and motor disabilities. The centre also assists the families with raising their children, by providing them with experts and important information regarding how to raise the children. The centre also helps train Queen's students in rehabilitation therapy, physiology, and psychology.

First interview is of Gerretson, where he is asked several questions about how his government has handled arts grants. Next is Reid, who is asked about her thougths on the arts in Kingston.
