He presents Dr Light with a scroll signed by the graduating electrical engineering class. Smith takes the podium and talks about Dr Light. Benedickson and also talks about Dr Light as well as the naming process for the building, before unveiling a picture of him that will hang in the building. Dr Light then talks about how honoured he is. Ends with shots of the gathering after the naming.
