Collection contains Queen's University memorabilia as donated to the Archives by various people such as alumni, and former staff and faculty.
The collection consists of blueprints, drawings, sketches, specifications, correspondence, and invoices for Kingston and area buildings, including Tete du Pont Barracks; Kingston General Hospital Nurses' Home; Carruthers, Nicol, Fleming, and Ontario Halls on the Queen's University at Kingston campus; private residences including Fettercarin, Bermingham, Spragg, the Eastbourne Summer Home; and commercial buildings including Kingston Auto Sales. Architects include William Newlands, Power and Son, Gillen & Gillen, and Frank T. Lent.

Fonds consists of correspondence (including about 60 cm. of Principal's office files), photographs, note books, news clippings, speeches, lecture notes and material relating to the Ontario Commission on Investigation of cancer remedies. There is also a large set of files on the Committee on Post-War Reconstruction 1940-1945, with which Dr. Wallace was very involved. In addition, there is a newspaper by the Whig-Standard entitled, "Queen's University 110 Years of Service to Canada through Education," in which Principal Wallace wrote a message in. There is details of the history of Queen's throughout the fonds.

The fonds consists of correspondence, business and personal files. Personal files contain biographical material and some subject files (1 m). Files of finances (1.5 m) cover work, housing and other expenses. Subject files as a category created by Miss Jones relate to commissions undertaken while her Project files contain ideas and proposals. Technical files, teaching files, art associations, art galleries, exhibitions and catalogues relate chiefly to her work. Clipping files, both general and specific, dating from her student days and collected postcards illustrate design interests.
