Consists of two letters from Florence Nightingale to Rachel (Williams) Norris, dated 1881 and 1899 respectively. It also includes a photograph of Rachel (Williams) Norris.
The collection consists of land registry copy books for the counties of Frontenac, 1797-1956 and Leeds, 1797-1955, as well as a number of miscellaneous registers from the registry offices. The Leeds County material includes Grenville County up until 1822. The majority of the books contain copies of deeds, mortagages, quit claims, wills (concerning property) and powers of attorney.
Collection consists of correspondence, memos, attestation forms, and supply forms for Military District 3 (Kingston, Napanee, Belleville, Cobourg, Port Hope), including records about militia, artillery, and cavalry units.

The fonds consists of correspondence of Mrs. James Richardson and James A. Richardson, Jr., especially relating to the visit of President Franklin D. Roosevelt to Queen's University in 1938 and to the family's donations to many University undertakings, the turnover of Mrs. Agnes Etherington's home and their work as members of the Board of Trustees
