Camera pans to a podium where McTavish welcomes Laughren and talks about the Arts Centre. McTavish then introduces Wilson who in turn introduces Laughren McTavish then takes the podium and announces the funding for an expansion of the Arts Centre. Dr Leggett then thanks Laughren for the funding.

Location: Throughout Kingston. Video contains raw footage of CDS Building Movers transporting houses on a flatbed truck away from the eventual location of Stauffer Library. Each one of the moves has multiple clips of the house involved being transported from their original location through Kingston to it's eventual destination.
Location: Residence building, therapist's office. Vignette #1 is an acted skit where a male in residence sexually assaults a girl by tickling her against her will. Vignette #2 is a video of a night at Alfie's recounted seperately by a male and female student. The man misjudged the woman's signals as her coming on to him, and he ends up sexually assaulting her.
Opens with shots of houses in Kingston surrounding the university. Cuts to an archeaologist searching forindigenous artifacts on a property in Kingston. Afterward shows the journey of an entire house as it is transported through Kingston on a flatbed truck.

Video begins with Wyman announcing the groundbreaking and thanking the students for their contribution. Hitchcock then introduces the important figures present and talks about the project. Simpson then thanks everyone present for their contribution to the Queen's Centre. Dr Pipe talks further on the architecture of the centre. McMillan speaks on behalf of the students. Bag and Legais speak further on the athletic nature of the Queen's Centre. Young thanks more people relevant to the project. Afterwards the speakers drive off to the future location of the Queen's Centre and break the ground.

Tom Williams takes the stage ans speaks about how the construction for Bioscience will begin soon. He introduces Dr Leggett, who speaks further about the symbolic sod turning and the building itself. Short speeches are given by Gary Wilson and Gary Bennett, and Richard Stackhouse cuts a large cake in the shape of the buiding. The last 15 minutes are raw footage of the gathering after the speeches.
