Video begins with Dr McSherry introducing himself to the audience before introducing the panelists of the symposium. He then talks about the eating disorder Anorexia Nervosa. Afterwards Dr Delva talks about the phyical effects of anorexia. Next, Dr Baugh talks about the behavioural characteristics of anorexia. Dr Ashman delivers a lecture on inpatient management og someone with anorexia. Finally, Dr Hanforth the possible causes of anorexia. The panelist take audience questions for the final portion of the video.

Begins with segment on The Jupiter Effect which would end the world on March 10, 1982 (the day after the show). Afterward comes a segment on a group of Canadian tapestries on loan to the Barbican Centre. The next segment is on how more and more Canadian families are getting multiple sources of income due to the increased number of wives joining the workforce, as well as the downsides of that.

CFRC Interview with Walter Light

Part 1. Main Speakers: George Aitken, David Smith, Agnes Benedickson, Dr Walter Light
Location: Walter Light auditorium
Begins with narrator talking about the purpose of Walter Light Hall and the electrical engineering program. Cuts to George Aitken talking about the naming in front of an audience in the auditorium. He presents Dr Light with a scroll signed by the graduating electrical engineering class. Smith takes the podium and talks about Dr Light. Benedickson and also talks about Dr Light as well as the naming process for the building, before unveiling a picture of him that will hang in the building. Dr Light then talks about how honoured he is. Ends with shots of the gathering after the naming.
Part 2. Main Speaker(s): CFRC Interviewer, Dr Walter Light

Takes place after the Walter Light Hall Naming. The CFRC interviewer asks Dr Light about his opinions on topics related to business, technology, and universities.

Convocation 1985, Chazov & Lown Part 1

Part 1. Main Speaker: David Smith. Location: Grant Hall.Video begins with procession filing into room, then Brain Yealland says a prayer. David Smith addresses the convocation with a speech, after which the video cuts out before jumping to partway through the new graduates receiving their degrees. Two people are presented with awards from the university, and then the convocation ends.

Convocation 1985, Chazov & Lown Part 2

Part 2. Main Speakers: David Smith, Yevgeniy Ivanovich Chazov and Bernard Lown (Hown). Smith talks about Chazov's and Lown's accomplishments, before presenting them with their degrees. Chazov then addresses the convocation with a speech. Lown then presents another speech to the convocation. Afterwards, graduating students are given their degrees for the rest of the video. This tape is presumably the cut-out section of part 1.
