Inside the booklet are "lessons" for practicing French phrases and sentences. In the back are recommended supplies for students for learning more.

Title reads: "To All Geni, King and Major Kleagles, Kleagles, Imperial Representatives, and Citizens of the Invisible Empire". First, that sending reports of Imperial Tax should include old Imperial number; Two that official representative of the Imperial Kloncilium in the community is the Kleagle, and so he is in charge of all mobilization work, and members are expected to cooperate; Three, weekly reports and the importance of hiding them in on time; Four, that now that spring is here, there will be several "big open air naturalization ceremonies", on in Western Ontario in Huron County on May 23, one near Kingston around same time, one in Simcoe County at Barrie. All are invited; Five, that the "military machinery of the County Klan is under the direction of the Klaliff (as Colonel)", that proper records are to be kept, and that each Klaliff should be familiar with the law governing this phase of the work. Also that "the ladies do not use this phase but get results of work from Klansmen"; Six, to read bulletin #23 about outlined work on committees; Seven, reminder that they are not a lodge, but a world movement; Eight, to have faith in the "native goodness of our race", the "Christian charity and faith"; and Nine, that all klans purchase the official Kligrapp and Klabee books, binders, and fillers as soon as possible. Addressed to "All Genii, Kind and Major Kleagles, Kleagles and Citizens of the Invisible Empire, Knights (and Ladies) of the Ku Klux Klan of Kanada"

Addressed to "my faithful and esteemed Klansmen and Klanswomen". In light of C. Fowler's messages, must now look to the more vital issues at hand. Reads, "…with upturned faces, written over with a deeper trust, with a kindlier eye, and a warmer beat of the heart, realizing as never before that in the Invisible Empire are the forces, the issues and the life that abides forever". Continues to quote Tennyson, "I dreamed that stone by stone I reared a sacred flame, a temple, neither pagoda, mosque, nor church, but a loftier, simpler, always open-doored to every breath from Heaven, and Truth and Peace, and Love and Justice came and dwelt therein". Further quotes "To live as gently as I can,/ To be no matter where --a man;/ To take what comes of good or ill,/ And cling to faith and honor still;/ To do my best and let that stand,/ The record of my brain and hand;/ And then should failure come to me,/ Still work and hope for victory". Wishes Fowler continued success. Also notes that the Imperial Wizard is in poor health, but wishes to show signs of convalescence. Signed the Knights of Ku Klux Klan of Kanada.

Interstate Commerce Law, Part IV

Cover reads "Interstate Commerce Law, Part IV", Your Personal Instructor, a "One of a Series of Personal Instructors and Examinations, Assisting Association Members in the Study and Application of the Doctrines, Principles, and Administration of the Laws regulating Interstate Transportation and Shipping", by the American Commerce Association in Chicago. Inside the cover of the booklet is a blurb that reads "This represents your forth year assignment of study of the "Interstate Commerce Law" and the practical legal-traffic work connected therewith". Further in lists steps to follow for the assignment and mock test questions for each section. At the end of the booklet are brief directions to prepare for the exam paper.

Addressed to a Mr. W.H. Hutchison at 32 Oshawa ON. Reads "Mr. Hutchison…. Please give me… description of your finance…". Signed from a "Jos M. Hunt" from Ohio. Top corner has a Jefferson postage stamp.
