Main Speaker: Brian Yealland, Peter Milliken, Harvey Rosen, Ahmed Kayssi, Dr Ian Clark. Location: Unknown, appears to be a gym in the Physical Health and Education Centre. Yealland open the convocation with a prayer after which Milliken gives a speech as a representative of the House of Commons. Rosen gives a speech on behalf of the city of Kingston followed by Kayssi who represents the students as rector. Video ends with Clark giving a speech on behalf of the Ontario Council of Universities.
