Part 2: Switzer delivers his speech to the convocation.

Main Speaker: David Smith, John Polanyi, Prince Takamado. Location: Large gymnasium, possibly in the Physical Health and Education Centre. Video begins with Rev. Brian Yealland saying an invocation, followed by Smith addressing the ocnvocaiton with a speech. He then presents Polani with an honourary doctor of science. Prince Takamado is then presented with an honourary degree, then Polani addresses the convocation with a speech. Prince Takamado also presents a speech to the convocation.
