Much of the personal material involves finances and includes papers relating to investments, loans, insurance and taxes; correspondence; speeches and articles by Arthur Meighen; scrapbooks, clippings,and memorabilia relating to both Arthur Meighen, his wife, Isabel J. (Cox).
Scrapbooks contains news clippings relating to events and people in Bowmanville, photographs and minutes of the Bowmanville Mechanic Association and Library Association.
Fonds consists of congratulatory letters regarding Ballard's appointment as President of the National Research Council (NRC), three sound recordings of the touch-sensitive organ from the electronic music laboratories of the NRC, various honours and awards as well as some miscellaneous publications from Westinghouse Electric.
