The collection consists of material relating to Mary Macdonald, daughter of Sir John A. Macdonald, 1911-1988. Includes an autograph album, photograph of Mary Macdonald, issue of the Times containing the death of Lady Macdonald, September 7, 1920 and notes by Margaret Cohoe. Typescript of A Trilogy: I. Mary Macdonald. II. Sarah Hannah Coward (Mrs. Charles Clarke) and III. St. Aubyns, Hove. Also includes a photograph of Mary Macdonald (1929).
The collection consists of two series of records containing: subject files gathered by Mr O'Hara as an interested employee; subject files, financial records, and company reports gathered in his capacity as a director; internal memoranda created in his capacity as a general manager of one subsidiary company of Cockfield, Brown; and legal records documenting his case against the company and its trustees.

In addition 22 Quebec cemeteries and three American cemeteries (one from New Jersey, New York and the State of Washington) are represented in the collection.The cemetery records collection consists of transcriptions from individual cemetery records or tombstones. These have been arranged alphabetically by country, and within, by township and then cemetery name. This collection includes cemetery recordings for the following: Leeds County; Prince Edward County; Grenville County; Dundas County; Carleton County; Kent County; Ontario County; Russell County; Glengarry County; Thunder Bay; Plymton Township; Adjala Township; Murray, Northumberland County and Dack Township.
The collection is comprised of letters written to Howard and Daisy Gerring by Alan and Ruth Collier during their summer sketching trips from 1956 to 1987. The letters are very detailed and were often created in a diary-type format with each letter containing daily accounts of the Colliers' travels. The letters reference people met on the journey, issues pertaining to the maintence of the their vehicle, and events that happened along the way. The material was arranged chronologically in binders by the Gerrings.
