Librarian, Lin Good addresses the topic of progress for women in acknowledgement of the celebration of 100 years of women at Queen's. Mrs. Good provides a personal viewpoint by discussing her own life and career. She relates the discrimination toward women that she encountered when she attended university in the 1940's, and describes some of the work she has since been involved in pertaining to the status of women.
