Part 1. Main Speaker(s): Fred Goodman. Video contains a lectre by Goodman on using the scientific teaching game Queries and Theories to assist with teaching science and languages in public schools. He demostrates the effectiveness of the game by teaching it to the audience.

Part 2. Continuation and conclusion of the marble game played by the audience while Goodman clarifies rules and assists players. New rules are also created, such as an assassination rule.

Afterwards, Dr Price delivers a paper on recent environment issues and international policy in regards to them. All of the speakers then take questions and comments form the audience.

Afterwards Dr Whalley delivers a paper called 'Life After Free Trade: Shaping the Canadian Economic Policy for the 1990's'.

Part 1. Main Speaker(s): Ron Watts, Michael Bliss, Tom Axworthy. Video is of several speakers who each comment on the previous speakers' papers. Begins with Watts congratulating the School of Policy Studies on their first conference before introducing Bliss, who comments on the conference. Afterwards Watts introduces Axworthy, who also offers his thoughts on the conference.
