The fonds consists of a photocopy of the Tweedsmuir History compiled by the Inverary branch of the Ontario Women's Institute. The History relates various farm histories, information about the Kingston and Perth Road, the history of the village proper as well as various aspects of the social history of the area, as well as family trees for the Lake, Barr and Duff families.
The fonds consists of photographs of winning horses, their drivers and trainers at Frontenac Downs Racetrack. Many photos are composites, annotated with details on the race, and include finish-line shots of each race.

Transcribed by Mary Alice Downie for "Dorothea's story" an article by Downie published in Horn Book, volume 47, number 2, April, 1971, p.192. Location of original manuscript unknown, however portions of Dorothea's story was published as a series of articles in the "Coos County Democrat" (1859-1862), North Stratford, New Hampshire.
