Video is the final speech in the Health Care Conference series, with Deber commenting on the papers delivered in the conference. She critiques the views of the speakers as well as the presentation of the speakers themselves. Afterwards Dr Davis takes the podium and thanks the conference organizers.

Stauffer Library Cornerstone

Main Speaker(s): Bill MacClatchy, Agnes Benedickson, David Smith. Video is of a ceremony recreating the cornerstone dedication of the Kingston City Hall, but for Stauffer Library the year before it was opened. Begins with a panning shot over crowd gathered outside Stauffer. The Queen's Band plays a few songs, and then MacClatchy introduces the speakers. Benedickson then talks about the history of Stauffer Library. Smith talks further about the function and importance of the library. The cornerstone of the library is then unveiled, and loaded with a time capsule. The plinth is then closed.
