The collection consists of blueprints, drawings, sketches, specifications, correspondence, and invoices for Kingston and area buildings, including Tete du Pont Barracks; Kingston General Hospital Nurses' Home; Carruthers, Nicol, Fleming, and Ontario Halls on the Queen's University at Kingston campus; private residences including Fettercarin, Bermingham, Spragg, the Eastbourne Summer Home; and commercial buildings including Kingston Auto Sales. Architects include William Newlands, Power and Son, Gillen & Gillen, and Frank T. Lent.

The fonds consists of the professional and private records of Bob Fleming from 1952 to 2005. It includes all aspects of his professional life [excluding PACE Magazine years - see KRH holdings] from his work with Moral Re-Armament in the 1950s-1960s, his consultancy as R.J. Fleming & Associates (1970s) and Robert J. Fleming International Research (1980s-1990s), his work with Robert L. Stanfield, his twelve-year term as Director of Administration of Ontario's Legislative Assembly, his work on the publication "Canadian Legislatures", and the creation and administration of YES Canada. The fonds also includes personal records including an unpublished memoir, correspondence with family, friends and colleagues, legal papers, notes and memos, and other material. The fonds has been divided into 13 series: Moral Re-Armament series (1952-1965); PACE Magazine series (1967-1969); Arctic & Mid-Canada Corridor series (1968-1971, 2009); R.J. Lt. J.B. Black family fonds

Fonds consists of correspondence from Lt. Black to his family throughout the Second World War, as well as photographs of his COTC class. The letters document Black's entire military career through officer and combat training, through battles and into his return to civilian life. Transcriptions for all of his letters are available within the files. The fonds also includes some of his training manuals.

This fonds is comprised of correspondence, notes, publications and documentation which reflect the activities of the Low Income Needs Coalition. The records predominantly reflect three main accomplishments or undertakings of the Coalition over the years: opposition to Workfare; the return of the National Child Benefit Supplement to local families on welfare; and the activities of the Direct Action Working Group which assisted and advised individuals in understanding, or registering complaint regarding, the receipt of assistance benefits. Includes photographs of the Queen's Park Riot in June 2000, and LINC demonstrations and awareness campaigns in the City of Kingston as well as display and promotional material for the Coalition.

Fonds consists of tenders, blueprints, drawings, correspondence, memoranda, minutes, subject files, reports, and photographs pertaining to the construction and/or renovation of several campus buildings including the Health Sciences Complex (Botterell Hall), the Physical Education Centre, and the Engineering (Mining) Complex (1967-1979); log books relating to steam generation, meter readings, fuel deliveries, temperature readings, and daily entries at the Central Heating Plant; policy documents, contracts, and drawings related to the landscaping of the area surrounding the School of Policy Studies building; and floor plans for all University-owned buildings; Monthly, General, and Annual Reports for the Maintenance Department and Central Heating Plant (1925-1966); Annual Reports for the Department of Building and Grounds (1950-1963); a report relating to the "Central Utility Services and Distribution System" at Queen's University at Kingston (1968); newspaper articles on the completion of the Queen's University heating plant from 1969 and 1970; number of stencils and imprinting tools used by the Drafting Department when drafting was a manual process, prior to their obselence, as a result of the introduction of CAD technology at PPS; and a visual inventory of Queen's and campus-area buildings; photographs relating to Year 2 of the Corrective Maintenance Programme involving prioritization of major work elements, buidling observations, replacement of windows, reparations to roof systems, reparations to sealants, reparations to mechanical/electrical systems, and miscellaneous corrective work.
