Clifford Sifton;Chairman, Canadian Conservation Commission, politician (b.1861). the cut out of the magizine is windowed-matted to the first matt, which has the indentifing text from the magazine as well as the subjects signature which is in turn window-matted on a larger matt. Both the potrait and second window-matt are attached at the top only. Portrait has another unidentified oval portreait on back that is coincidental.
