The fonds consists of legal papers belonging to George Baxter and family, Misses Baxter and Mrs. Isabel Innes, and John Bell and his heirs. Also included are medical documents belonging to John Maitland. Most of the material relates to the family farm in Pittsburgh Township and the family home at Cataraqui Grange. There is also correspondence to Lt. Col. L.D.M. Baxter, dominion president of the Canadian Legion of the British Empire Service League, from several leading world figures, as well as articles relating to John R. Day.
The fonds consists of minute books, membership rolls and accounts of Schomberg Lodge #183, 1859-1950. Also includes the minutes of Height of Land no Surrender Lodge #127 of Newboro, 1874-1889.

The fonds consists of biographical material, correspondence, legal and financial documents, subject files and clippings of a noted Loyalist family. There are numerous family financial records and record books of the Brockville and Prescott Joint Stock Road Company, (ca. 1851-1915), and a general store in Prescott. The papers relate primarily to the affairs of Solomon Jones (1756-1822), physician and member of the Legislative Assembly.
Fonds consists of various records from the Farrell and Sutherland families. Includes the diary of Alexander Gray Farrell from his role in the survey of the Northwest Territories under the British government. Also includes photographs of the Chit-Chat club (Kingston), 1885, and 42nd regiment, 1898, as well as Queen's memorabilia from various QU grads. Also includes correspondence of John Farrell (Belfast Ireland) in the 1830s.
This collection consists of memorabilia from Hickey's time at Queen's University during the 1940's. Some of the material is inserted in a scrapbook and some is loose. The collection includes dance cards and dinner menus for various social events such as the Dog Patch Drag, Bohemian Ball, Fall Brawl and Arts and Medicine Formals. Other ephemera includes shooting range targets, war aid materials, flyers and pamphlets regarding the University Centennial in 1941 and student government elections (AMS), intercollegiate debates, drama guild and glee club productions. There are also a small number of items which pertain to the town of Kingston such as theatre playbills and tickets, the programme for the Kingston Ice Follies and various taxi cards.
