Item is an electro-steel engraving of Henry Welbore Agar-Ellis, 2nd Viscount Clifden, born 1761 and died 1836, representative in the Irish Parliament until he became the 2nd viscount following his father's death and British Member of Parliament until he became Lord Mendip after his uncle's death.
