The fonds consists exhibition files, administrative records and fundraising event files. Includes images of all of the artwork displayed in the Union Gallery and promotional material. The fonds contains the following series: Administration (1994-2010), Fundraising (1996-2005) and Exhibits (1994-2005).
The collection consists of photographs, including albumen prints and cabinet cards, and albums; a minute book of the Kingston Racing Association (1882), and an illuminated parchment being a 'Resolution of Appreciation' to J.B. Carruthers from the City of Kingston (1888); correspondence; and a scrapbook, all of which relate in large measure to either the Carruthers or Beeman families.

The fonds consists of a letterbook written from Kingston Naval Yard, 1817-1821. It also contains correspondence including a letter to Mr. Lunn, 1821 Aug. 21, requesting him to compare Kingston and Montreal prices and a letter to wine merchants complaining of poor quality of wine in Kingston, 1823.

The manuscript was discovered some years ago in a castle near Tours, France. There appears to be a similarity between this document and the text of 'Relation de la prise des forts de Choueguen ou Oswego,et de ce qui s'est passe cette annee en Canada. 1756.' The second text was printed by Cuchet, Grenoble, France.
